Als student kun je iedere week deelnemen aan deze lessen voor slechts \u20ac30,- per maand.<\/p>\n<p>During these classes, you will get introduced to basic jiu-jitsu techniques and you'll learn how to effectively grapple and wrestle. You're together in a professional and safe environment with helpful and like-minded people. What you can expect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly class on wednesday, focused on ground fighting (18:30 - 20:00)<\/li>\n<li>Weekly class on thursday, focused on wrestling and takedowns (19:45 - 21:00)<\/li>\n<li>You increase your strength, fitness and self-confidence in a fun but intensive way<\/li>\n<li>You are part of a friendly and positive community<\/li>\n<li>You will learn how to defend yourself effectively against a bigger and stronger opponent.<\/li>\n<li>BJJ does not involve kicks or punches, which allows you to learn to fight effectively in an accessible and safe way<\/li>\n<li>Every level is welcome and we ensure that you feel at home and learn at a pace that suits you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How it works:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Request your sports pass via the website of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leeuwardenstudentsport.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leeuwarden Student Sport<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Sign up for a free trial class with GFA via <strong>info@gfajiujitsu.nl.<\/strong>.
