Join our Leg Lock Masterclass with Daniël de Groot! Daniël is a BJJ black belt and one of the most prolific jiu-jitsu competitors from the Netherlands. He is the first Dutch competitor that won the Brazilian National championships, a European Champion and ADCC Trials medalist. Not only is he a very succesful competitor, his students from Haven BJJ are also tearing up the competition scene and winning prestigious medals all across Europe, showing that Daniël is an excellent coach as well.
In this (no-gi) masterclass, Daniël will teach you about positions like single leg X-guard and outside ashi garami, showing you how to catch foot locks and heel hooks from these positions. Daniël will have something in store for beginning practicioners, as well as more advanced leg lockers.
